Today, July 29th, we held a Hand Over/Take Over ceremony at NFIU Romania, where Commander (Navy) Jaime Barón officially handed over his duties as Deputy Commander to Lieutenant Colonel Miguel Sánchez Macizo.
Cdr. Barón was formally recognized for his leadership and commitment, while Lieutenant Colonel Sánchez Macizo received his appointment with the full support of the NFIU Romania team.
The event was also an opportunity to recognize and bid farewell to Major Okan Ozyesil and Major Zhivko Tachev, with their dedicated service highlighted in remarks during the ceremony.
